Level 3 Certificate in Property Advice & Practice (CePAP)
Studying for the Level 3 Certificate in Property Advice & Practice (CePAP) is a great way to gain expert knowledge, confidence and career progression.The training is focussed on the essential knowledge and understanding of the full estate agency and lettings process from spotting business opportunities in all areas, through to negotiating a sale or let, with all the relevant property law and compliance.You study CePAP flexibly, fitting it around your lifestyle and work commitments and in a way that suits your style of learning. No classrooms, textbooks or time out of the office.The online training prepares you for the single 105 minute exam, that can be taken online or at a test centre.

Level 3 Certificate for Estate and Lettings Agents (CELA)
Rightmove have developed a comprehensive training course to support estate and lettings agents in England.
It’s been carefully designed by experts to help agents be as confident, compliant and efficient as possible.
From legislation to codes of practice, client relationships to marketing, networking to sealing deals, CELA covers every aspect of the property market.
Fees - The training is free for Rightmove members. There is a fee of £170 (plus VAT) to sit the independent final exam provided by ABBE.

Level 6 Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation

This ABBE-accredited qualification is sought-after by surveying firms and approved for direct entry into the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
